Stone properties — careful approach
For the older Ashby properties with stone paths or sandstone patios we use a soft-wash approach with biocide rather than blasting away with full pressure. The colour comes back without damaging the soft stone or the original pointing.
Block paving on newer estates
For the newer estate drives, our standard process applies: biocide where needed, pressure wash with our rotary surface cleaner, joint clearance, kiln-dried sand re-sand.
