Barwell is on our regular Hinckley-area route and we cover the village frequently for driveway cleaning, patio cleaning and gutter clearing. Most of the housing in Barwell is mid-twentieth-century onwards, with a good mix of block-paved drives, tarmac aprons and concrete paths.
Tarmac and block combinations
A common Barwell setup is a tarmac drive with block-paved edges. The two surfaces need different techniques — soft wash for the tarmac, full pressure for the blocks. We adjust as we go to protect the tarmac and bring the blocks back to colour.
